I’m called Aleks and am so excited to take you on a deep journey back to your heart.
But first, let me share what came through me during my yin yoga immersion in Bali:
bring your light & your darkness into the center of your heart
because what meets in the heart
transforms into love
and where there is love, there is no good or bad.
love just is.
your heart is a space holder – so that you can meet and integrate your light and darkness
and restore harmony
inside & outside
the essence of life
Aleks is a yin yoga teacher that was born & raised in Zurich, Switzerland and has Serbian roots.
She’s been traveling since October 2015 and completed in 2016 her 200hs
with Heidi Dietrich & Heidi Michelle in Costa Rica.
Her most important trip so far has been last year to India – after a painful break-up.
It led her back to her own inner flow, to the journey of her heart.
She completed there a 100hs advanced Tantric Hatha &
Divine Feminine Training with Heidi Dietrich & Jessica Roodvoets.
This June she dived deep into a 50 hours Yin training with Nik Robson on magical Bali and
is now a 350h certified yoga teacher. She focusses on creating a safe space for people,
so they can feel themselves again and live their life from the heart.
She’ll be guiding us through a slow, deep, calm, nourishing and heart-centered Yin Journey –
which is more than just a class – it’s an act of self-care and time for yourself to heal,
feel and connect back to yourself.
She’s currently for this autumn in Zurich, Switzerland
teaching regular Yin classes and workshops until the beginning of November
magical yin journeys
yin journeys aren’t just yoga classes but a journey inwards.
they’re a ceremony. a celebration of depth.
an invitation to slow down and tune in. a way to find the magic within you.
and feel your heart again.
my yin yoga journey is and has been all about:
1. taking time in a safe space to feel into my heart space
2. recognize the armors that I’ve to build due to painful experiences
3. allow me to feel the pain and my armors to melt
4. feel my heart again and live life from that space of love, intuition, and trust
In Yin Yoga, we put our bodies in shapes and hold that shapes for at least 5 minutes.
We take our time to go very slowly, breathe, feel and heal.
It’s a very safe and simple practice for everybody
and due to the stillness, we’re able to finally feel ourSelves again.
to eat with my hands (yes, from salad to rice and pasta)
to walk barefoot (yes, even if it is hot, nothing like an outfit with no shoes!)
experience life out of my comfort zone (INDIA!!!)
to go deep and from there deeper and deeper
the moments I realize to keep stuff simple
beach walks, river walks
Japa Mala Meditation with my Guru Mantra
coffee (especially my specialty coffee that I freshly hand-grind! never traveling without my Aeropress)
to feel sexy and comfortable in my clothes
gift people my jewelry and crystals
a good cry, long hugs, and wild dancing
chantiiiiiing – Kirtan’s are the best parties ever!
Thank you to
my teachers Heidi Dietrich, Heidi Michelle, Jessica Roodvoets, Nik Robson,
Karina Guthrie who not only empower me to teach from my experience but also be in Service
my former life coach Ashley Paquin and Conni Bisalski who helped me jump
my family who always supports me no matter how crazy my next idea is
my soulsister and godchildren
all my soulsisters and soulbrothers around the world
Amma – who called me back to India and all her unconditional love and learnings I’ve gone through in her Ashram
my sister Linda for taking all the beautiful pictures of me in Bali (even though my head is shaved now :D)
to everyone who allows me to be myself – this has been the greatest gift in my life.
once we feel safe to be ourSelves, others will feel safe to be themSelves as well.
ultimate healing <3
If you have true faith, then automatically you will ‘fall’ from the head into the heart.
