Our Community Classes every Thursday evening (8-9.15pm) at the Yoga Tribe K6 studio are donation-based (you pay as much as you can/feel) and lead by a Yoga Tribe Teacher. To register for these two classes, please send Aleks an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to save your spot. Read below the descriptions of each classes.
On April 18th we’ll be working on opening the whole back-side of our body. It will feel as if you just had a really good deep-tissue massage and will leave your body feeling very open, mind clear and your general state will be most likely very grounded, calm and connected to yourSelf. This is the perfect class if you feel anxious, stressed and pulled in different directions.
On April 25h we’re going on a journey back to our hearts. Will create space in the area of our hearts – chest and between the shoulder-blades / upper back. A great yin class for everyone who wants to reconnect back to their heart, tune in and melt armors around it. If you’re moving through heart-break or sadness, be open for some deep healing and releases. This yin class will leave you feeling in the same time very relaxed and energised as will bring a lot of prana (life force, energy) into our heart spaces. If you wanna live your life more from your heart, guided by your intuition, come! 🙂
In both Yin Journeys I can’t promise you Yin Bliss but by slowing down and connecting to yourSelf, you’ll get some kind of Yin Truth experience. The Yin Culture (www.yinculture.com) is a tribe of Yoga Teachers that see Yin Yoga as the medicine of the modern world. It’s time to slow down, tune in, let go and wake up – in a space that is safe, held and magical.
Feel free to send Aleks (email@example.com) an email if you have any questions.
ABOUT ALEKS NIKOLIC:
Aleks.. Her mission is to create safe spaces for people so that they can tune in and reconnect back to their hearts – melting armors, radically letting go of what stands in their way of living a heart-aligned life, re-building trust and by that creating a more magical experience on Planet Earth.
She grew up in Zurich, has Serbian roots and has been traveling the world for 3.5 years now. Her heart homes are in India and Bali. Every day can be magical. Everything you do can be sacred. Living life as an on-going ceremony and worship of the Divine – within and whatever appears to be outside.
*Come as you are. Be as you are. Everyone is welcome. *
